Our team runs on the support of amazing families like yours—please consider helping out! In addition to our meet volunteer positions we have a specific need for these larger roles.
Concessions Coordinator
Help organize and sell food (pizza, Chick-fil-A, etc.) during our three home meets.
Team Deck Parent (New Role!)
Be a point of contact during practices for lifeguards and teen coaches.
- Ideal for families with younger swimmers
- Perfect for a parent already planning to stay for practices
- Multiple volunteers can share this role—no need to commit for the full season
Treasurer
We are looking for a new treasurer to join our leadership team. Responsibilities include:
- Budget planning
- Managing our Venmo account
- Handling payments and checks as needed
League Representative
If you’re interested in taking on a larger planning role, please consider serving as our League Representative. Responsibilities include:
- Attending 5–6 GFSL meetings annually
- Acting as a liaison between the league and our team
Don’t worry—Caroline and Amanda will still be a big part of the team. They’re not going anywhere just yet and will be there to help support a smooth transition!
