Greenbrier Gators

Hello! I am Mark Beuter and I look forward to coaching the Greenbrier Gators for another season!

I have an extensive past in swimming, from summer league to the national level with year-round swimming. 

After college, I became a coach as a TYDE swim coach. In 2005, I made a career change and moved to high school teaching while also becoming the head coach of both the men’s and women’s swim teams, as well as the head men’s track coach. 

In my personal life, I am married and the proud parent of a six-year-old daughter. I am also an officer in the US Navy Reserve and a part-time personal trainer and group exercise instructor at the Y.

I coached the Greenbrier Gators in the 2019- 2025 and I am excited to be back to coach again this season! I am a big proponent of technique and fundamentals and my hope is that members of the Gator swim team will have a fun and memorable summer while learning skills they can carry on to other teams and life!

Hi! My name is Mikayla and I am a rising sophomore at UNC Chapel Hill, go heels! I play club volleyball for UNC and have had a blast! I have been assistant coaching and swimming with the gators for many years, and will also be lifeguarding at Chadwyck Pool this summer! I’m super excited for another amazing season! Go Gators!

Hi! My name is Kyle Hart and I’m excited to be back for my 4th year of coaching. I will be graduating from Forsyth Country Day School, and will be attending NC State University. In my free time I like to watch sports and spend time with my family and friends. Ready for the amazing season we have ahead of us! Go Gators!

Hey, my name is Liam Conway I am a rising senior at Mount tabor high school. I enjoy football, golf, and hanging out with my friends. I’ve been a swimmer in Greenbrier for 10 years and I am entering my 2nd year as an assistant coach!

Hi! My name is Caroline. I’ve swam with the gators for about 10 years, and junior coached last year! I’m a rising sophomore at Mount Tabor, where I’m on the tennis and soccer teams. I’m also lifeguarding at Chadwyck this summer and I’m so excited for this season!

My name is Elizabeth and this is my second year as a coach for the Greenbrier gators. I am a rising junior at Mount Tabor High School where I play soccer and am on the swim team. My favorite stroke is backstroke but my favorite event is probably the 50 free. Looking forward to another great season with the Gators!!!

Hi. I am a rising junior at Reagan High school where I play on the golf team. I have enjoyed coaching our youngest gators for the past few years. Looking forward to another fun season. Go Gators. 

Hi!! My name is Izzy and I am going to be a sophomore at Mount Tabor this fall. This summer league season will be my 8th on Greenbrier. I swim year round for Tyde and for Mt Tabor in the winter. I also play volleyball at Tabor. Some other hobbies I have are baking sourdough and art, I am SO excited to be coaching this year!! Go Gators!
