Signup Instructions for Swims and Jobs at Meets
It is very important that you declare your swimmer as attending or not attending for EVERY meet. Even if your swimmer is not swimming log into Swimtopia site and select not attending. Undeclared swimmers may not get to swim even if they show up on meet day. On deck entries are not easy and take away from coaches getting other swimmers ready for the meet. Meet entries are to be declared by Saturday night prior to the meet (exception is for first home meet June 7th entries are due by FRIDAY at 6pm)
How to Declare Swimmers and Sign-up for Volunteer Jobs at a Meet:
Log in to the website. Login is found in the upper right hand corner of the screen on the non-mobile website, or if you are on the mobile app, click on 'Visit Website' at the top of the home screen of the app.
If you can’t remember your password, click "Forgot your password" to reset your password.
Under the Meets & Events tab, select "Signup Calendar" to sign up for a swim meet. Note that if you are on your phone, you'll need to click on the menu button (3 bar icon in the upper left) to see the tabs.
Swimmer Signup
- Click the green MEET ENTRY tab for the meet that you'd like to declare for, and then click the green Edit tab under your athletes' names. Note that if you are declaring for more than one swimmer, there is only one edit button at this point. You will be able to individually declare swimmers in the next step.
- For each of your athletes, select an option from the drop down list next to their names.

- Attending
- Not Attending
- Click Save to record your choices.
Job Signup
- Click the green JOB SIGNUP tab and sign up for volunteer shifts (note one parent may sign up both parents for jobs -- scroll down and you’ll see the other parent listed). If you know you and your spouse will not be at this meet, skip to Swimmer Signup.
- Click Save Assignments.
- Click Back to Signup Calendar.
Swimmer Signup
If your team allows your athletes to declare attendance and/or select meet entries:
- Click the green MEET ENTRY tab, and then click the green Edit tab under your athletes' names.
- For each of your athletes, select an option from the drop down list next to their names.

- Not Attending
- Click Save to record your choices.
