    Volunteer Policies 

    We ask that each family volunteer for a shift during each swim meet your swimmer compete in. We will post a signup link near the beginning of June so you can pick your volunteer spots. Go ahead and sign up early to get your first choices! We ask that you volunteer for each meet your child swims in. Some of our volunteer options include:

    • Timer
    • Stroke & Turn Judge
    • Meet Set up 
    • Concessions help

    Concessions Donations

    In addition to volunteering we ask that each family contributes to concessions at least once during the season. Concessions is a huge part of how our team makes money.  Concessions donations do NOT count towards your volunteer commitment.

    The Greenbrier Gators swim team is based out of the Greenbrier Farm neighborhood in Winston Salem and competes in the Greater Forsyth Swim League. We are committed to providing a safe and fun environment where kids can swim while learning sportsmanship and swimming technique.
